Prayer Request - Martin

Linda Martin's cousin's wife Jan Mikel (from Elkhart) is battling cancer and she needs our prayers. She is going through chemo and the doctors' are trying to decide what to do. Pray for healing, the doctors' wisdom, and for Jan and her husband Denny and their strength.

We are looking for a couple of people to take in a meal to them this next week while they are trying to adjust to the loss of Becky's mother. Prayer Request - Miller

Prayer Request from Tamara Miller...

I am not sure we will make it to church or small church tomorrow. Aaron has been fighting sore throats for a very long time. This past weekend it became very severe. Monday when I took him to the doctor they stated that it was strep. His tonsils were at that point touching each other. This lasted for a number of days. They still are very inflamed. He has had a very hard time with this round. He is very exhausted as his body tries to heal. His weight has dropped and he is now under 70 pounds as a soon to be 12 year old. After seeing the surgeon on Thursday they scheduled surgery for the 11th. They are doing it at Goshen Hospital. Surgery is scheduled for approx 830 AM. (If they get a cancelation in the schedule they will move surgery up to Wednesday.) The surgeon stated that it would not suprise him if it would take two weeks for recovery. They are also going to remove his adnoids at the same time. Aaron is more then ready to get it over with. We ask for your prayers as we wait for surgery, during surgery and then recovery. I know as time gets closer that he may start to get nervous. Pray for peace as well as healing. Thanks so much. I really do appreciate the church family and the prayers warriors. Tamara Miller

Prayer Request - Joan Andrews

Please pray for Joan Andrews and her family (Larry; Janelle and Carl; John and Alison; Jennifer and Ty).
She is in Goshen General Hospital and has bilateral (double) pneumonia. She is not doing well at all. Currently her condition is very guarded.

Prayer Request - Koontz

Please pray for Tera Koontz's new niece.
Tera's sister, Olivia, had a baby girl yesterday. The baby had a fever when she was born and the fever continues. They will be doing a spinal tap to figure out the cause. Pray that the results are good news.
